This app is good. We sometimes use it to duplicate orders because Shopify locks many aspects of the orders depending on their status, so this lets us kind of get around that problem. You can also use it to work with bundles of products more easily (expanding a single product into a group of products automatically) and it has automation aspects that you can use in Shopify Flow.

Also, their support and product development folks were very helpful when we were requesting a new feature -- they got the feature set up for us and we were able to use it not long after that.
