This app is really great until it's not. Some products publish perfectly and the inventory sync is on point. Other items (and they're completely random) don't pull over to Faire at all. I'll double check every setting is correct and all info is in there...nothing. The customer service is non-existent. I'll go to Faire and ask for help there and they ask if you actually have the product in Shopify ...
