We just moved over to Returnzap Returns & Exchanges from Aftership Returns. Aftership cost was getting silly and plans and features were not suitable for a small to medium sized store.

Great experience so far, we have quite a tricky return process but the support team were beyond helpful to make the return flow for our customers a much better experience.
The product is probably the best for return integration with Shopify, and luckily David (co-founder) was kind enough to work with us to satisfy our needs with this application.
Because of that, and the up front honesty from David regarding their ability with ReturnZap, I would highly suggest you give it a trial as it has much more than the other applications offer.
